Can you go straight from the airport to Casaroro Falls the same day?

But the walk is an hour and a half to two hours, the gorge is narrow and goes dim once the sun moves off it, and the roughly 335 steps back up are the hard half of the trip in afternoon heat. There is no published opening or closing time for the falls either, so a late arrival is a gamble on somebody still being at the desk to take the fee and send a guide down with you. If you land after the middle of the day, the better arrival day is Pulangbato, the Red Rock hot spring and Forest Camp, which are all close to the road, with Casaroro first thing the next morning.
