How do I do The Ruins and Silay heritage day tour from Bacolod?

The two heritage stops sit in opposite directions but both close to the city. Talisay is about 8 to 13 km south, a 15 to 20 minute drive, and Silay about 15 km north, a similar 15 to 20 minutes, so linking them makes a comfortable, unhurried day rather than a rushed one.
Silay also sits right beside Bacolod-Silay airport, about 5 km and 10 minutes from the terminal, so the tour can finish there on a departure day. The flight sets the order: Talisay first, Bacolod in the middle and Silay last, with the car leaving the heritage streets about two and a quarter hours before departure. Can I add Mambukal to the same day?
You can, but it turns a relaxed day into a full, early one. Mambukal is a separate cluster in a different direction, east into the hills of Murcia, 45 minutes to an hour from the city, so it is a third, longer drive on top of the first two. Can this tour double as an airport transfer?
Yes, and the departure-day version has a simple rule. Run Talisay first, Bacolod in the middle and Silay last, then be back in the car on Rizal Street about two and a quarter hours before departure. That puts a 5 PM flight at about 2:45 PM out of Silay and a 3 PM flight at about 12:45 PM. A 1 PM flight only leaves a short Silay morning because the Pink House opens at 9 AM, and an 11 AM flight leaves before it opens. Tell us the flight number and we will work the pickup backwards from it.
What time should we start?
If you want The Ruins at its best, work backwards from dusk, since the mansion is lit in the evening. A common shape is Silay and lunch first, then Talisay in the late afternoon. On a departure day the order reverses: Talisay first and Silay last, leaving Silay about two and a quarter hours before the flight. The full tour takes roughly 5 to 8 hours, so work back that time as well when choosing the hotel pickup.
