The Ruins in Talisay and the Silay heritage houses sit close together, about 15 to 20 minutes apart and both within 20 minutes of Bacolod city, so combining the city, The Ruins and Silay in one relaxed day is easy, and Silay is right by Bacolod-Silay airport, so it also works as an arrival or departure add-on. Mambukal, in the hills of Murcia, is a different direction entirely, 45 minutes to an hour from the city, so adding it to the same day makes for a genuinely full one rather than a relaxed one. Most visitors either give Mambukal its own half day, or start early and keep the waterfall walk short if trying to do all four in a single day.

Why the question comes up
On a map, all four sights look close to Bacolod: The Ruins is only about 8 to 13 km south in Talisay, Silay is about 15 km north, and even Mambukal is just 30 km east. None of them look far enough alone to need a full day, so it is natural to wonder whether a single loop can take in all four.
The honest answer: two clusters, not one loop
The Ruins and Silay sit close to each other and close to Bacolod, forming one easy cluster: Talisay is a 15 to 20 minute drive south of the city, Silay a similar 15 to 20 minutes north, so city plus both heritage stops is a comfortable, unhurried day with time to actually enjoy each place rather than rush through it. Silay also sits right beside Bacolod-Silay airport, about 5 km and 10 minutes away, so a Ruins-and-Silay half day works neatly either side of a flight.
Mambukal is a separate cluster in a different direction: east into the hills of Murcia, 45 minutes to an hour from the city, further again from the airport. There is no route linking Mambukal to Talisay or Silay directly, so adding it to the same day means a third, longer drive on top of the first two, plus the time to actually soak in the springs and walk part of the seven-waterfalls trail.

It is possible to see all four, but treat it as one full, early day rather than a relaxed one.
Start with The Ruins and Silay
Do the closer cluster first, either as a morning loop from the city or, if you are arriving that day, straight from the airport through Silay and on to Talisay before checking in.
Keep the Mambukal stop short
Head up to Murcia after, and plan to walk only the first waterfall or two rather than pushing for the higher falls, which turns the visit into a longer hike on top of an already long day.
Build in a food stop
Chicken inasal at Manokan Country works well as a late lunch between the two clusters, rather than trying to add it as a separate stop.
The more relaxed way: split across two days
Giving Mambukal its own day is the easier plan and lets you actually enjoy the springs and walk further up the waterfall trail rather than clock-watching. A common split: Day one covers the city, The Ruins and Silay, timed loosely around a flight if that suits your dates; day two is Mambukal on its own, with the whole morning or afternoon free to walk as many of the seven falls as you like.

Getting there
Bacolod has metered taxis and jeepneys, which cover the city and the road out to Talisay reasonably well, but there is no easy public route on to Silay or Mambukal on the same trip, and Grab has only limited coverage in Negros. A private car with a driver who knows all three legs is the practical way to link the city, The Ruins, Silay and Mambukal in whatever order and combination suits your dates.
