Short answer
Sibulan Port is the Negros landing point of the short crossing from Liloan (Santander) at Cebu’s southern tip, and it sits about 7 km north of Dumaguete. The ride into the city takes roughly 15 to 20 minutes on the coastal highway, so you are at your hotel not long after you step off the boat.
There is nothing to arrange at the pier. Send us your sailing, your driver is waiting as you walk out with a named sign, and the bags go straight in the car. Is Sibulan port the same place as Dumaguete airport?
No, though both are in Sibulan and only minutes apart, which catches people out. The pier is where the Liloan crossing from Cebu lands; Dumaguete-Sibulan (DGT) airport is the separate air terminal a short distance away. Tell us which one you are arriving at and your driver meets you there.
Should I cross at Sibulan or at Tampi?
Coming down Cebu’s east coast through Oslob, cross Liloan to Sibulan, it lands you about 7 km from Dumaguete. Coming down the west coast through Moalboal, Liloan means backtracking, so cross Bato to Tampi instead and take the 18 km run south. We meet either sailing.
Can you meet a late or delayed sailing?
Yes. Send us the sailing you are booked on and we track it. If the boat is held for weather or runs late, your driver waits, there is nothing to rebook and no extra charge for the delay.
Can you take me straight on from the pier without stopping in Dumaguete?
